I am an aspiring author currently working on my first book: a memoir about living with depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, and chronic suicidal ideation. It is my hope that this book will help others struggling with similar things and help destigmatize mental health struggles.
Hey, I’m Rachael Seider
